Depends on how significant your contributions. For example, if it's as large as five hundred edits, but they're all minor changes to articles, it's not considered exceptional. Something like completing incomplete sections of articles is a start.
As mentioned in the requirements, edits will be reviewed before making a decision to promote.
I haven't been able to even find a way to play that game, let alone do edits for it. I really want to devote as much time as possible to updating the Critical Ops part of the wiki and keeping it well cared for, since I know enough about that game and I'm fairly good at writing, but why is it a Critical Strike wiki? and how do I play that game in the first place?
This wiki was originally about Critical Strike Portable, a first person shooter that preceded Critical Ops. The latter was still relatively new by the time this site was created, so we built up both Critical Ops content (as it was considered the CSP sequel during it's initial stages) along with Critical Strike Portable content side by side. CSP has since shut down, at least on official servers, but the content was added before that happened.
You can't play CSP unless you download fan-obtained versions of the game, which can be found on our Discord.
Hello, I noticed that some weapon articles such as the AK-47 and the AUG have weapon damage values in the properties section. Where do you find these weapon damage values? Are they in the in-game files or do you calculate them yourself? A reply would be greatly appreciated.
I can see that you have posted the same message to all of the administrators' message walls. Are you talking about game files? If so, no. We are a wiki that has information on the game, but we are not a download site.
If yu're looking for a way to play it on PC, there is a working version of the game on pacogames.com called "Critical Strike Portable V2".
