Kevlar and Helmet is armour which players can purchase in Critical Ops located in the Gear section in the buy menu. This is an exclusive feature to the game, rather than having no armour in Critical Strike Portable.
Description
Kevlar will reduce damage taken by weapons at a certain level, depending on the damage it would've dealt,except if the damage was taken to the legs. However, Kevlar and Helmet has a limited number of durability points and unlike health, will not refill when a new match begins, unless the player pays $500 to repair it.
Trivia
- Kevlar & Helmet is not shown on the player model when equipped.
- As of patch 4.0.1, Kevlar can only be bought with the helmet and no longer separately.
- This former feature mimicked Counter-Strike's function.
