The Critical Strike Portable Hack Attacks of 2014 were a major incident in the game.
On October 2014, hackers (presumably GameAnarchy) managed to DDoS attack Critical Strike Portable, causing the game to be unplayable. Players on multiplayer worlds would be stuck under the map and would get a message to log on to GameAnarchy to play on protected servers. Eventually, Critical Force Entertainment would post a ruse to get the perpetrators to be more vocal of their success. The former, with the help of the police, were able to track down the hackers, thus stopping the attacks.
This attack cancelled the third ESL Kick Off Cup that time.
